Oxford Ghost Trail
Historically informative yet hugely entertaining, it's the perfect way to soak up the atmosphere of this famous city, leaving you with a deliciously scary tingle running down your spine.
Intrepid ghost hunters should meet outside Oxford Castle Unlocked. Bill Spectre (distinctively dressed as a Victorian undertaker) will depart from that place at 6.30pm every Friday and Saturday evening. For a shorter walk, meet outside the Tourist Information Centre, 15-16 Broad Street at 7pm.
BEWARE! The large white board outside the iron gates of Trinity College has nothing to do with Bill Spectre's Ghost Trail!
The tour lasts approximately 1 ¾ hours from the castle or 1 ¼ hours from the Tourist Information Centre, and ends near the Sheldonian Theatre.
